diligenZ Group

The diligenZ Group has developed over the last 10 years from the nucleus of a management consulting boutique. The original focus of the consulting business was in the area of redevelopment and restructuring consulting. By 2005, the partners expanded the consulting offerings into the dynamically growing digital business (E-commerce/multi-channel). From this new, young business segment quickly arose new growth opportunities outside of classic consulting. Today, in addition to diligenZ management consulting GmbH, the group consists of b.i.c. management consulting GmbH with a concentration in controlling and MIS consulting, m!ndwyse GmbH as focused E-commerce consulting and the agency undSchwieger, which has focused essentially on communications concepts for the new digital age. Also included in the diligenZ group of companies is a series of Internet start-up participations.

diligenZ aims to further develop as a modern and open corporate platform for a range of services and interesting business concepts evolving from digital business.
