- Five Years Professional Experience
The key to the success and further growth of diligenZ are competence, high performance and the consistent focus of the team on implementation. We therefore rely on the experience of our consultants above all. We are looking for applicants (m/f) with at least five years of professional experience in consulting, who potentially also have industry know-how.
- Managing Projects Independently
As a manager, you will manage projects or parts of projects independently. Your mindset and mode of operation will always be focused on the managerial interests of our customers. You will advise employees, department heads, directors and managing directors/executive board members in various issues, identify operating advantages for our customers within your projects and consolidate them into concrete, viable actions. In short: you are on the best track to becoming a partner of a sophisticated corporate consulting company.
What do we expect from our managers?
- Management Qualities
As a manager, you will independently lead teams to project success, so you will have also proven your management qualities in the past. We also expect you to have a keen conceptual and analytic mindset. You are curious and creative with a pragmatic predisposition to successfully implement already developed concepts as well, without losing your sense of humor in the process. You have ambition, but also the required composure and autonomy to master critical situations in terms of the project’s success. You have good communication skills, an excellent command of both written and spoken English and you are proficient in Office applications.
- Required Experience
We are predominantly looking for candidates (m/f) with experience in program management, process consulting, logistics/supply chain management and E-commerce. Generalists with expertise in the fields of marketing/sales strategy will also find good opportunities. Upfront experience in business process outsourcing as well as in the development and optimization of reporting structures for various areas.
