- Three Years of Professional Experience
In competition with other consulting companies, diligenZ relies on the experience of its employees above all else. That’s why we are seeking new colleagues to start with us as consultants to strengthen our team. You must have at least three years of professional experience, preferably with some consulting expertise, or you must have relevant functional and/or industry knowledge from your previous employment.
- Ability to Work Independently
We provide various development and expansion opportunities in return for your commitment and knowledge as a consultant: as part of a pleasant and professional team, you will soon have the opportunity to apply your skills. You will help shape the success of the entire project in a decisive way by independently analyzing partial aspects of our customers‘ managerial tasks, deducing specific measures to be taken and showing that they are also effective in practice.
- Individual Advancement/Assistance
We will provide you with optimal assistance. Together with your godparent from the group of partners, you will not only determine your objectives for the near future, but you will also work out a plan for further development of your skills and your personality. Of course there are a few basic skills that we expect from all of our consultants, but you will not additionally be forced into a standardized training program – individual advancement according to your abilities is what’s important to us.
What skills do you need to start with us?
- Analytical Strength coupled with pragmatism
An analytical mindset, curiosity and creativity are the basic requirements a consultant needs to solve the managerial tasks of our customers. Successful problem-solving also presupposes the development of viable actions, which also requires a healthy dose of pragmatism. Since consulting is a “people business” and you will primarily be working as a team at the customer’s location, the ability to work in a team and humor are important for achieving results. Sometimes it is also necessary for you to have learned never to abandon objectivity, composure and autonomy, even in critical situations and under time pressures.
- Necessary Experience
In addition to matter-of-course skills such as a very good knowledge of English and experience with Excel and PowerPoint, we are predominantly seeking applicants (m/f), who can demonstrate practical experience in one or more of the following areas: program management and process consulting, logistics/supply chain management, marketing/sales, E-commerce, development of reporting structures or business process outsourcing.
