However, sometimes the person behind the diploma is more impressive than the grades would lead one to believe. Your character is also important in two ways: for one thing, consulting is a “people business”, that is to say, your projects will keep you in close customer contact from the very first day. A “well-rounded” personality and a pleasant demeanor are therefore important for achieving results. Secondly, you will spend a large portion of your weekday time with your team. A sense of humor and team spirit are therefore more than just catchwords.

In addition to internships and stays in foreign countries, we also place great value on a good command of written and spoken English and hands-on experience with Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
